Energy Healing & Reiki

Energy is the source of our health, vitality, and well-being. When the flow of energy slows or becomes blocked, we may experience stress, aches and pains, or physical illness. Nicole uses Reiki (one of the world’s oldest healing modalities) to shift and clear blocked energy, ease pain, and promote healing.

Reiki sessions work by releasing stagnant energy, which may have been left behind by trauma or other negative experiences, and replenishing the body’s source of positive energy. Sessions are deeply relaxing, and clients often report feeling lighter, more balanced, and energized after a session.

During your session, Nicole will use her intuitive abilities to gather information about your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Through intuition and medium communication, she will explore root causes of disease or dysfunction to identify what opportunities for healing are being presented to you. She will offer personalized messages from your spirit guides, as well as specific tools and techniques to address energetic challenges.

The ultimate goal is for you to leave feeling actively engaged in your own healing and empowered to maintain your optimum energetic balance.

Distant Readings (available by phone) are a great option for those not in the Seattle, Washington area.
